Bahr El Sahel for Urban Development, the development and execution arm of Estehoaz Takatol, is developing Business Bridge, an integrated business hub on El Geish Road beneath the Mostafa Kamel bridge in Alexandria, on a 5,047 m² site.
A site on the sea
The project sits on El Geish Road, one of the busiest routes along Alexandria’s Corniche, turning an existing site with direct Mediterranean views into a single destination for business, offices, hospitality and events.

- Two front buildings for retail and office use.
- Corporate office space.
- A showroom and events plaza for open days and exhibitions.

- 17 hotel rooms.
- A central plaza, pedestrian routes and separate entrances reaching down to the sea.
Status and registration of interest
The project is currently under development, and the published architectural visuals are preliminary and may change in the final design.
